1. Deposits
• Deposits are fully refundable if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event or reservation.
• If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of the event or reservation, the deposit is non-refundable.
2. Events
• For events managed by third parties, their individual refund policies apply. Customers are advised to check the relevant event organizer’s website for details.
• For events managed directly by Rhapsody Wine Bar, this Refund Policy applies.
3. Memberships
• Customers may cancel their membership within 15 days of signing up for a full
refund of the membership fee.
• After 15 days, the membership fee is non-refundable.
• Memberships may be cancelled at any time thereafter without additional fees, but no refunds will be issued after the initial 15-day period.
